Jenny is a Florida native from Tallahassee. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from the University of North Florida in 2004 and has called Jacksonville home ever since.

She spent the beginning of her career working at a top advertising agency in Jacksonville, and then transitioned to managing the online marketing content for an international bank. Having spent over 20 years working with a diverse group of people in a number of personal and professional capacities, Jenny prides herself on being able to effectively communicate, manage and execute deals in a variety of different ways.

Jenny has had a passion for real estate from when she bought her first condo on the Southside of Jacksonville in 2004. She then had the opportunity to work with an investor managing his local properties and learned the ins and outs of property management. That led to eventually managing two personally owned long-term condo rentals for the past 15 years. Their latest Real Estate adventure led them to purchasing and renovating a townhouse in Jacksonville Beach that is available for short term rentals.

Jenny and her husband of 16 years, Troy, bought their first family home in Jacksonville in 2008 and have sold & purchased in multiple different areas, finally landing in beautiful Ponte Vedra Beach. Having 3 boys (8, 11, 13), Jenny is very familiar with the various schools and neighborhoods in Jacksonville.

Much of this season of their life is spent on the courts or at the fields, but you can also find them on beach collecting shark teeth, riding e-bikes & entertaining friends. Jenny is active in her public school PTO, has served on her neighborhood's HOA board and currently serves on the Architectural Review Committee. They also enjoy spending lots of time with their rescue pup, as well as fostering and adopting kittens.
